Adobe Session 7

In this session, I showed each other our current magazine work and gave each other feedback.

1.As a result of today’s session, what might you do differently next time?

I leaned a lot from this session, as did my classmates. We had all done the same session before, but we all used different formats and some of us created designs that I would never have thought of, so I leaned a lot. Seeing other people’s work also allowed me to look back at my own work at the same time and notice shortcomings and areas for improvement in my own work. At this point, I can create the same abstract from of my work, but I would like to work from various perspectives and not be bound to one form.

2.What were some of your limitations when you are working digitally?

I think the difficult thing about digital work is that the quality of the work comes out clearly visible. Therefore, it is necessary to work without cutting corners. For example, if the position of a photo is off, even by a small amount, it will look uncomfortable. Therefore, I felt the need to work more precisely and carefully/

3.What might you need to do or follow up as a result of this session?

Until now, I did not like to look at other people’s work very much. This is because it is confusing to me when I learn about other people’s values in the middle of my work. However, this class was very useful. I was able to look at myself objectively and also learn the good points of other people’s work. I also thought that when I showed my work, being able to hear other people’s opinions was an important opportunity to learn which parts of my work were impressive and which were not. So I would like to continued to have regular opportunities to give each other feedback.
