Adobe Session 2

In this session, I made my work’s web page in myBlog. I think it is important to show my identity to viewers so I chose the images for each section for their visual appearance.

1.How well could you complete the class tasks working on your own? Were you able to create creative layouts on MyBlogs?

It was difficult to build a system (how to add links and formatting). So I tried many times. I gradually got used to it. The cover for the pages of each session were initially done with different images, but I was not satisfied with them, so they were redone. Because they were not unified. This time I used the work of one of my favorite Japanese illustration writers as the cover image for each section. She mainly draws illustration of women in a variety of situations, so I picked illustrations that fit the image of each section’s atmosphere. I also made sure that the color tones and the size of the subjects matched when they were lined up horizontally and vertically. I was usually conscious of such color combinations in my own Instagram, so I was able to make use of that experience.

2.How does it make you see design/art differently? What else do you want to explore on your own?

In my opinion, actually seeing a variety of artwork will broaden my own view of art and lead to more creative work. They need to be art if various breadths, and I think that looking at art from a historical perspective, from classical art to the least art that takes advantage of modern technology, can also be catalyst for new ideas.

3.As a result of today’s session, what might you do differently next time?

I want to create a cover for each section with an image I have cerated myself. I also want to visually express my personality more in anticipation of creating the website in advance.

4.What might you need to do or follow up as a result of this session?

I will make sure I remember how to create a website system. I also had problems with pasted links not opening, so make sure I don’t make same mistakes.
