Session 11: Organise Content

This lesson gave me an insight into how my classmates are editing the magazine up to this point in time. Their content showed that they had all analysed the magazine thoroughly. The theme was well developed on each page and the format was precise. It was a further development of the work done in each classes and made sense as page in a magazine.

I had some difficulties in producing the journal, which is the outcome of this project. The reason is that the themes of the work photographed and created in previous sessions have been inconsistent, so it was difficult unify the overall theme of the magazine. Through the analysis of the magazines, I found that even through the content was difficult in each one, there was a consistency int he overall atmosphere. I felt the same way when I saw the work of my Padlet. Even though they were using the same photos in their group work, I could sense the originality and consistency of each person’s work. I thought it was very important to create work that could be seen and felt immediately as the work of that person.

Through this class, I thought that by looking at other people’s work and by looking at each other’s work, I could review my own work objectively. So this tine was so useful for me. I’m looking forward to see outcomes of their work.
